Cialis is a prescription drug, widely used for ED treatment. It’s main active ingredient is Tadalafil, a PDE5 Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. Basically, the drug can increase the blood flow to certain body parts, specifically to the penis. It’s important to note that Cialis helps to hold the erection, there’s need for sexual stimulation.   Cialis can be taken with or without food, there’s no need to track the time and get the pill at the same time every day. Although, there is one precaution: a patient shouldn’t exceed the recommended dosage for the day. Some pmedications, for example nitrates and alpha blockers, can’t be taken at the same time as Cialis.
